Comprehensive assessments

OpenFormations provides a complete assessment system to measure learning outcomes at every stage.

Question types

Timed exams

Create exams with:

• Time limit: visible timer for the learner
• Attempts: configurable number (1, 2, 3, or unlimited)
• Minimum score: passing threshold (e.g., 70%)
• Random shuffle: randomized question order for each attempt

Qualiopi assessments

In compliance with Qualiopi requirements, OpenFormations automatically generates:

• Pre-training assessment (criterion 2): measures the learner's initial level
• Post-training assessment (criterion 6): measures acquired knowledge at the end of the course
• Hot satisfaction survey (criterion 7): questionnaire sent after the training

Results and reports

• Detailed score per question and per learner
• Comparison with the group average
• CSV export of results
• Complete attempt history
