OPCO funding: a growth lever

OPCOs (Operateurs de Competences — Skills Operators) are French organizations that fund professional training for employees. Making your courses eligible opens a considerable market.

Prerequisites

For your courses to be eligible for OPCO funding, you must:

  1. Be Qualiopi-certified (mandatory since 2022 in France)
  2. Have a training activity declaration number (NDA — Numero de Declaration d'Activite)
  3. Comply with administrative requirements: training agreement, program, attendance, assessment
