Tutorial: connect and configure Stripe

Connect Stripe to OpenFormations

This tutorial guides you through setting up payments on your OpenFormations account.

Prerequisites

• An OpenFormations account (any plan)
• A Stripe account (free to create)
• A bank account to receive your payments

Step 1: Access the settings

1. Log in to your OpenFormations dashboard
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Click the "Subscription" tab

Step 2: Connect Stripe

1. Click "Connect Stripe"
2. You are redirected to Stripe
3. Create an account or log in
4. Enter your banking information
5. Confirm the connection

Step 3: Configure your prices

For each course:

1. Open the course settings
2. In the "Pricing" section
3. Set the price in euros
4. Save

Verification

Revenue dashboard

Once Stripe is connected, the Revenue tab in your dashboard displays:

• Current month's revenue
• Transaction history
• Trend graph
• Breakdown per course
