Bulk import learners
For large cohorts, CSV import is the fastest way to enroll your learners.
CSV file format
Your file must contain at minimum an email column. Optional columns are:

Step by step
- Go to Learners > Invite
- Click "CSV Import"
- Select your file
- OpenFormations automatically detects the columns
- Verify the column mapping
- Select the course(s) to assign
- Click "Import"
Error handling
| Error | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid email | Incorrect format | Check the format (xxx@xxx.xx) |
| Duplicate | Email already enrolled | Automatically ignored |
| Missing column | No email column | Rename the column |
After import
- Each learner receives an automatic invitation email
- The status of each invitation is visible in the dashboard
- You can resend unaccepted invitations
