Publish your first course
This guide walks you through publishing your course. Follow the checklist to make sure nothing is missed.
Pre-publication checklist
Content
- At least 1 module with 1 published lesson
- Each lesson has content (text, video, or quiz)
- Learning objectives are filled in
- Quizzes work correctly (tested)
Settings
- Title and description filled in
- Cover image selected
- Price configured (if paid course)
- Sequential access enabled/disabled as needed
- Validity period set (optional)
Testing
- Preview the course from the learner's perspective
- Test each lesson and quiz
- Verify navigation between lessons
- Test on mobile
Publication
- From the course settings, change the status to "Published"
- The course is now accessible
After publication

| Track enrollments | Dashboard > Learners |
| View progress | Dashboard > Analytics |
| Edit content | The editor remains accessible |
Modifying a published course
You can modify a published course at any time:
- Add/remove modules and lessons
- Edit existing content
- Adjust the price
- Change access settings
Already enrolled learners retain their progress.
